Executive Synergy Sdn. Bhd. formerly known as BP Human Resource Management is a corporate training company with more than 6 years of experience in the training industry since the enforcement of the (Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad) PSMB ACT 2001. In the face of globalization concerns and the implementation of the Asean Free Trade Area (AFTA) as early as 2005, Executive Synergy Sdn. Bhd. is now focused on a growing market of corporate training - providing training and retraining services to Malaysia companies, particularly those within the SMI/SME industries.
Our efforts are in line with those of the Human Resource Development Berhad which has set up a fund known as the Human Resource Development Fund, to facilitate the continuous training and retraining of employees in skill development so that our industries can compete effectively against the intense competition as regional trade is liberalized.
