All the participants must go through a Diagnostic Test prepared by Executive Synergy Sdn Bhd (Training Provider) prior to the commencement of the course. The purpose of the Diagnostic Test is to assess the individual proficiency in English of each participant in order our trainer(s) to develop the specific course activities and additional course exercises to further enhance the specific skills or areas in which the participants are weak in common.
For example, if majority of the participants are weak in spoken English, the trainer(s) will conduct more role-play activities so as to encourage and sometimes enforce them to speak, discuss as well as to present their ideas in English so as to boost their confidence in speaking English. In addition, in the same group of participants, the trainer(s) will assign more difficult tasks to those who are more proficient in spoken English such as appointing them as a team leader so as to lead the other team members who are weak in spoken English to complete the assignment.
