While the borough's schools are often represented at college fairs in New York, New Jersey and New England, it is possible that representatives --particular alumni-- may be on hand at college fairs outside of the Northeast.

Visit the campus. Many schools schedule open houses to give prospective students an overview of what the college has to offer. During an open house, visitors have the opportunity to take tours of notable campus buildings such as the student union, dorms and the library. Representatives from departments like financial aid, admissions and residence life may also be available to answer questions.
